DATA STORAGE

In accordance with the regulations in force, WINEO LTD informs you that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for its processing, in accordance with the regulations in force locally. WINEO LTD informs that it will process data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. Therefore, WINEO LTD undertakes to take all reasonable steps to ensure that data is deleted or corrected without delay when it is inaccurate.
WINEO LTD will process your data in order to fulfill its contractual obligations to print your order and manage your customer account. Without this data, we may not be able to process your order or invoice the products ordered.
WINEO LTD will also process your information to send you promotional offers and product information if you have given consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing and product information at any time by contacting customer service.

TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED, USE AND RETENTION

COOKIES

WINEO LTD, for the proper functioning of its websites, deposits cookies on your browser. Here are the different types of cookies:

Account identification and session cookies: these cookies allow you to connect to your account, to remember your preferences when filling out a contact form or requesting a quote. They are necessary for the proper functioning of the website. They are kept for 24 hours.
These are the only cookies deposited by our website.

DATA ENTERED IN OUR CONTACT FORMS / REQUEST FOR QUOTE

In order to be able to respond to our users’ requests, we store in the contact and quote request forms the data entered by the user, which may include names, first names, email address and telephone number, as well as curriculum vitae. We also store the IP address of the sender. This data is kept for a period of 12 months. However, in case of spam or unwanted form filling, we keep the IP address of the user for an indefinite period of time, as part of our fight against spam, in order to ban the user source of abuse. This data is used for commercial purposes in the case of a request for a quote or commercial information. They are only transmitted to third parties when these third parties are involved as subcontractors. The latter are then subject to the same rules of confidentiality as WINEO LTD and may not transmit, re-use or store this data outside the confidentiality and data use contract concluded between WINEO LTD and the user.

DATA PROVIDED IN THE CONTEXT OF NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION

The data provided when registering for the newsletter, i.e. the email address and optionally the first and last name, are kept for an unlimited period of time without any specific action by the user. Once the registration is validated by the user, the latter can cancel his subscription at any time. In the event of unsubscription, the user’s data is deleted.

DATA PROVIDED IN THE CONTEXT OF ONLINE SALES

User account data, purchase details, delivery address are kept for an unlimited period. The user has access to correct or delete his data via his user account. When deleting the account, the entire data is deleted from the website. The user is informed that upon deletion of his data, he will no longer have access to his invoices or to his purchase history on the website.

For accounting purposes, however, the invoicing data will be kept by WINEO LTD for 10 years from the closing of the current accounting period.

USERS’ RIGHTS

In accordance with the rights conferred by current data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or via the contact form. You may contact the competent supervisory authority (CNIL) to make the complaint you consider appropriate.

TRANSFER OF DATA

WINEO LTD informs that it may transfer data when necessary (for example to subcontractors – developers, photographers, graphic designers…).
This transfer of data will be carried out in accordance with the safeguards, measures and rights provided by applicable data protection legislation and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and WINEO LTD’s Data Transfer Agreement.

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 12/23/2021. From time to time, WINEO LTD may make changes to its privacy policy and update it on its website. We reserve the right to update our privacy policy at any time and recommend that you review it frequently.
